have to be cross-platform. If the solution requires a
web front end, then scripting languages such as
JavaScript, HTML, and JSP could be used.
The end solution or software has to run on
Linux/windows.

Already the collectorate office is using standalone
application developed. It is required to be integrated
to citizens through Web based interface. Moreover all
office in Gujarat states should be integrated with the
help of XML Web services. Some web service components
have to be developed for generation of reports at
higher level where information from all offices will
be merged.
