Impex Management helps the companies who are dealing in impex Business i.e. imports and exports in making the deals and agreements regarding trade, joint venture etc ie) A-Z of trading. The system should have all types of business dealings that take place between customer to company as well as company to company, all info regarding the requirements needed within and outside the company as well as for the joint venture for marketing trade, info regarding the strategies that are followed to make any business deal. The system should capture new deal confirming all the rules and regulations to be followed doing negotiations, finalizing the deal, then posting the deal online for display, updating status of the profit or loss or else it is broke up before the actual period of contract. The system should be able to give complete information regarding the time period of the contract made between whom and whom, condition for breaking up the deal or contract, necessary steps to be followed in case of extension of contract minimum amount or quantity of procurement, payment options and details, documentation of deals between the companies, legal formalities to be followed incase any fault occurring in any side.
