Hi, This is very simple project. but u need to have atleast 2 cell phones with GSM modem or u can use one GSM modem and a cell phone for doing this project. U can use AT command at the recieving end ( The end where the system resides ) The AT commands are generic modem commands. For recieving SMS u can use AT+cmgr="message index" for sending At + cmgs="number", like wise for each and every operation in mobile phones can be done by using AT commands. In the programming side we can use VB.NET which is pretty simpler than other languages. U can add some query string for each and every operation that u need... for eg: F Kerala T Tamilnadu. when we the server get a message like this server need to send a reference no back if possible the seat no also.
