This Project is to develop Intranet web pages for the Human Resources, Personnel and Administration departments of this firm. This will have forms that enables the employees across the country to access all the information regarding the policies of employment like Retirement Promotion, Pension, Compensations, Wage Policies, Fringe benefits schemes, etc. This project should also allow the employees to communicate with the Human Resources department regarding their upgraded skills, grievances.
