Already the collectorate office is using standalone application developed. It is required to be integrated to citizens through Web based interface. Moreover all office in states should be integrated with the help of XML Web services. Some web service components have to be developed for generation of reports at higher level where information from all offices will be merged. Some basic services offered to citizens are listed below: Issue of Income Certificate Issue of certificate for persons from Language / Religious minority group Certificate for socially & educationally backward class Certificate of SC/ST Certificate of residential proof Certificate of domicile Widow Certificate
